NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the results reflected in the annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2009, included in the annual report
posted on 31 March 2010, contain no changes from the audited results which were
released on SENS on Tuesday, 16 March 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Iliad will be held at
13h00 on Thursday, 20 May 2010 at Iliad`s Offices, First Floor, East Block,
Pineslopes Office Park, corner The Straight and Witkoppen Roads, Lonehill. The
notice of annual general meeting is issued with the annual report, which
contains the annual financial statements of Iliad for the year ended 31 December
2009.
