ISSUE OF EQUITY
The Company, which has a primary listing on the AIM market of the London Stock
Exchange and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited,
announces that it has placed 5,882,352 new ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company (the "New Shares") for cash at a price of ZAR25.50 per share (equivalent
to EUR 2.589744 per share), raising gross proceeds of ZAR150 million (EUR
15,233,786).
Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
and the JSE Limited with effect from 1 April 2010.
Following the issue of the New Shares, the total issued share capital of the
Company will increase to 55,850,838 ordinary shares.
