NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating
the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009, was
dispatched today, and contains no changes from the audited results which were
published on SENS on 4 February 2010.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Resilient,
which will be held at the company`s registered office, 4th Floor, Rivonia
Village, Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia, Gauteng, on Friday, 7 May 2010 at 15h00.
