NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
Notice is hereby given that a quarterly cash dividend of 4 cents per share for
the three months ending 31 March 2010 ("the dividend") has been declared payable
to shareholders recorded in the share register of the Company at the close of
business on Friday, 23 April 2010.
Shareholders attention is drawn to the following important dates:
2010
Last day to trade "cum" the cash dividend Friday, 16 April
("LDT"):
Date trading commences "ex" the cash dividend: Monday, 19 April
Record date for payment of the cash dividend: Friday, 23 April
Date of payment of the cash dividend: Monday, 26 April
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
19 April 2010 and Friday, 23 April 2010 both dates inclusive. Any changes in
the above dates will be announced on SENS.
