CHANGES IN BOARD MEMBERSHIP
Further to the SENS announcement dated 1 February 2010, and in compliance with
paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Dialogue
Board ("the board") is pleased to announce the appointment of Terence Kretzmann
("Terence") as financial director of Dialogue with effect from 01 April 2010.
Terence joined Dialogue in January 2006 and as an executive fulfilled a number
of strategic roles, most notable in the listing and subsequent corporate actions
of Dialogue. Terence was appointed as company secretary on 26 February 2009.
Terence holds a masters degree in financial management which he obtained from
UCT.
Due to Terence being appointed as financial director of Dialogue, the board
would like to announce the resignation of Terence as company secretary to
Dialogue effective 1 April 2010.
From a succession perspective, the board is pleased to announce that Lionel
Marran ("Lionel") will succeed Terence as company secretary of the Company.
Lionel has previous experience serving as the company secretary for a JSE-listed
company.
