CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Ms Grace Chemaly has been appointed as Sentula`s
company secretary with effect from 1 April 2010, replacing MoreStat Corporate
Services (Proprietary) Limited who have resigned as company secretary.
Grace obtained an LLB from the University of the Orange Free State in 1998, and
was admitted as an attorney in the same year after completing her articles with
Claude Reid Attorneys in Bloemfontein.
Grace was later admitted as a notary and conveyancer in 2000 and has 12 years
experience in the legal and company secretarial fields.
