CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised in terms of rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, of the resignations of Messrs L Sipoyo and Tham Tham Nziba, as
non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect.
The board expresses its appreciation for their services and contribution to the
Company.
Shareholders are further advised that Messrs A Hubbard and H Friedrichsen,
founders of the company, have been reappointed to the board with immediate
effect. The reappointment of Messrs Hubbard and Friedrichsen will significantly
assist the board, and Arcay Corporate Finance in the restructuring process,
currently in progress. Details of the restructuring process will be announced in
due course.
The steering committee appointed to assist in the investigation and
restructuring of the company`s affairs has now completed its task.
Further to the SENS announcement of 12 March 2010, shareholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution in trading of Queensgate shares on the JSE Limited
until a further announcement is made.
