FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Unitholders are referred to the announcements dated 25 March 2010 and 29 March
2010, with regard to the appointment of Messrs Geoff Everingham and
Sello Moloko to the board of SPFM, the management company of Sycom. This
announcement serves to confirm that Sello Moloko will act as independent
non-executive deputy chairman to the SPFM board while Mr Geoff Everingham will
act as independent non-executive chairman to the SPFM board.
