Puno`s application for leave to appeal dismissed
CRG announces that Puno Gold Investments (Pty) Limited ("Puno"), has been
unsuccessful in its application for leave to appeal the decision handed down by
the South Gauteng High Court on 05 November 2010.
In bringing its application, Puno sought leave to appeal the judgement handed
down in its original interdict application to stop operations at CRG which had
been dismissed with costs.
