UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 1 April 2010 regarding
the re-appointment of Messrs A Hubbard and H Friedrichsen as executive
directors to the board of Queensgate. For the avoidance of
possible misunderstanding, Messrs A Hubbard and H Friedrichsen have been
re-appointed to the board of Queensgate and all related subsidiary
companies, following a retraction of their resignations as set out in the
SENS announcement of 5 March 2010.
Further to the SENS announcement of 1 April 2010, shareholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution in trading of Queensgate shares on the JSE Limited
until a further announcement is made.
