DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SLM SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SANLAM LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SANLAM LIMITED (SLM)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 104
cents per SLMNIG share instalment that is payable on Wednesday, 5 May 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 16 April 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 19 April 2010 and
the record date is Friday, 23 April 2010.
