CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Alliance shareholders are advised that the following directors have
resigned from the Board of Alliance with effect from 7 April 2010:
* Mr BC Neethling as Executive Director and Acting Chief Executive Officer;
* Mr MM Patel as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit
Committee; and
* Dr S Firer as Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit
Committee.
Shareholders are further advised that Ms E Maritz has resigned as Acting Chief
Financial Officer with effect from 7 April 2010.
