CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Pieter de Jager has resigned as financial director
of Andulela with immediate effect. Executive director David Currie will fulfil
the role of financial director going forward.
The board of Andulela thanks Pieter de Jager for his valued service to the
company.
