DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MNP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI PLC and that as
a result of the dividend declaration relating to MONDI PLC (MND) the Trustees of
the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 73.5469 cents per MNPNIE
share instalment that is payable on Wednesday, 19 May 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 16 April 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 19 April 2010 and the
record date is Friday, 23 April 2010.
