APPOINTMENT OF LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR ("LID")
The board is pleased to announce that Professor Stephen Simukanga, an
independent non-executive director of ZCI, has been appointed, with
immediate effect, as the LID in compliance with section 3.84(c) of the JSE
Listings Requirements and the recommendations of the King Report on
Governance for South Africa 2009.
