TERMINATION OF LISTING ON THE JSE LIMITED ("JSE")
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the listing of the
above-mentioned company will be terminated with effect from the commencement of
business on Monday, 26 April 2010 due to the company`s failure to inject viable
assets which meet with the criteria for listing. The record date to determine
the shareholders` register will be 23 April 2010.
