Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above BILIRQ, Barrier Put Warrants
(REVS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of R256.25
in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Tuesday, 06 April 2010 the
abovementioned Barrier Put Warrant (REVS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represented by the number of REVS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R307.50
over the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average Price ("VWAP") of the
Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the Termination Date.
This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP 07 April 2010 = 25301.1 cents
The VWAP on 08 April 2010 = 24959.4 cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 25130.25 cents
Rebate payment of 5619.75 cents
Holders will receive R56.1975 for every warrant held
