RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the UCS general meeting held yesterday, 12
April 2010 regarding the proposed related party acquisition by UCS of all of the
issued shares in Argility Limited ("Argility") held by Argility shareholders,
other than the UCS Group, by means of a scheme of arrangement in terms of
section 311 of the Companies Act No. 61 of 1973, as amended ("the Companies
Act") or, failing which, a substitute offer in terms of section 440 of the
Companies Act, the ordinary resolutions contained in the notice of general
meeting dated 27 March 2010, were approved by in excess of 90% of the
shareholders who were entitled to vote.
