LISTING OF RGT SMART
Following the intended listing announcement published on SENS on 23 April 2010,
the directors of RGT SMART are pleased to advise that the JSE Limited has
approved the listing of 437 800 000 ordinary shares on the AltX under the
abbreviated name "RGT SMART", share code "RGT" and ISIN ZAE000143715. The
listing of the shares on AltX will become effective from the commencement of
business on Wednesday, 14 April 2010.
The offer to the general public through the issuing of the prospectus dated 15
March 2010, has been fully subscribed.
