Results of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that the special resolution and all of the ordinary
resolutions proposed in the Notice to Shareholders, dated 26 February 2010, were
passed by the requisite majority at the annual general meeting of the Company
held at 11:00 on Tuesday, 13 April 2010.
The special resolution will now be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
