NOTICE OF RESULTS OF MEETING
with respect to
Old Mutual plc (the "Issuer")
(incorporated with limited liability in England and Wales, under the Companies
Act 1985, with registered number 3591559)EUR 10,000,000 Fixed Rate Notes due
December 2010 (ISIN: XS0179675508) (the "Notes")
At a meeting of the holders of the notes (the "Holders") convened by the
notice dated 15 March 2010 (the "Notice of Meeting") and held on 13 April 2010
at 10.30 a.m. (London time) the meeting was adjourned until 4 May 2010 as the
meeting was not quorate. A notice of the adjourned meeting will be sent to
Holders in accordance with the terms of the Notes.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Notice of Results of Meeting
shall have the meanings given in the Notice of Meeting.
