Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2009 were posted to shareholders on 31 March 2010 and
contain no modifications to the audited results that were published on SENS on
Tuesday, 23 March 2010. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results and the
annual financial statements of the Group and their reports are available for
inspection at the registered offices of the Company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held at 09h30 on Friday, 30 April 2010, at Control Instruments Automotive, 59
Merino Avenue, City Deep, Johannesburg to transact business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting.
