Further to the detailed cautionary announcement released on SENS on 26
February 2010, shareholders are advised that the legal agreements of the
proposed acquisitions have not yet been finalised and therefore it may still
have an effect on the price at which the Company`s securities trade on the JSE
Limited. Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising caution
when dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement
regarding the finalisation of the legal agreements is made.
