APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors of Dialogue is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr AC Farthing ("Alan") as the Chief Executive Officer of the
Company with effect from 14 April 2010.
Alan, a Chartered Accountant (South Africa), has extensive business experience
having served on the board of a major JSE-listed IT company. He joined Dialogue
in December 2008 as an independent non-executive director.
