NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 December 2009,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been posted
on AECI`s website (www.aeci.co.za) today, 15 April 2010, and printed copies will
be mailed to shareholders on or about Monday, 19 April 2010. The annual
financial statements contain no modifications to the reviewed condensed
consolidated financial results which were published on SENS on 23 February 2010.
