AIM NOTIFICATION
In compliance with AIM rules, Eastern Platinum Limited ("Eastplats" or the
"Company") reports on the following transaction by a Director in the Company`s
common shares.
On April 6, 2010, Mr. Robert Gayton, director of the Company notified the
Company that he was exercising 300,000 stock options to purchase common shares
in the Company at Cdn$0.32 per share. These options expire on December 18,
2013. As a result of this exercise, Mr. Gayton received 236,340 shares by way
of Share Appreciation Rights on April 6, 2010 and sold 225,000 shares at
Cdn$1.62 for a total proceed of Cdn$364,500 on the same day. After these
transactions, Mr. Gayton holds 31,340 common shares of Eastplats.
On April 9, 2010, Mr. Ian Rozier President, CEO and director of the Company
notified the Company that he was exercising stock options to purchase 1,000,000
common shares in the Company at Cdn$0.32 per share. These options expire on
December 18, 2013. As a result of this exercise, Mr. Rozier sold 1,000,000
shares at Cdn$1.65 for a total proceed of Cdn$1,650,000 on the same day. After
these transactions, Mr. Rozier holds 1,025,000 common shares of Eastplats.
