Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders
of Buildworks held on Thursday, 15 April 2010 (in terms of the notice of
annual general meeting contained in the Buildworks annual report issued on 26
February 2010) all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities.
