DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be made
to holders of PropTrax SAPY securities in respect of the quarter ended 31 March
2010.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 92.28 cents per PropTrax SAPY security, constituted as
follows:
- 75.58 cents in respect of dividends;
- 0.40 cents in respect of interest; and
- 16.30 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured
dividends;
- be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY Securities who were recorded in the
register on 26 March 2010; and
- be effected on 19 April 2010.
