Shareholders are referred to announcement published on Sens on 19 February 2010
regarding Brait`s intended delisting of its shares on the London Stock Exchange
("LSE").
The Financial Services Authority has now confirmed the cancellation of Brait`s
delisting from the LSE, effective 22 March 2010. Brait`s remaining listings are
on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (primary listing) and
the JSE (secondary listing).
