Trading Statement for the 18 months ended 31 December 2009
In accordance with paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they
are reasonably certain that the financial results for the current reporting
period will be more than 20% different than that of the previous reporting
period.
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s earnings per share and headline
earnings per share for the 18 months ended 31 December 2009 are expected to be
40% to 45% higher than the reported results for the 12 months ended 30 June
2008.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Company`s auditors. The Company`s results will be
released on or about 16 April 2010.
