RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that Mr. CJ Engelbrecht has resigned as
executive director from the board of directors of the Company, with immediate
effect.
The Company wishes to thank Mr. Engelbrecht for his contribution during his
tenure as director and wish him well with his future endeavors.
