CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that Mr Ivan John, the company`s financial director,
has resigned with effect from 31 May 2010 to take another position. The Board
thanks Mr John for the valuable contribution made during his tenure as financial
director and wishes him well for his future career. The Board is in the process
of finding a suitable replacement and expects the position to be filled shortly.
