APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF NICTUS
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited, it is hereby announced that Mr.
W O Fourie has been appointed as executive financial director of Nictus Limited
with effect from 1 April 2010. The previous financial director, Mr. F R van
Staden will still remain on the board of directors as an executive director.
