CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that LJ Rudolph, the company`s financial director,
has resigned with effect from 30 April 2010. The Board would like to thank Mr
Rudolph for the valuable contribution made during his tenure as financial
director and wishes him well for his future career. The Board is in the
process of finding a suitable replacement and expects the position to be
filled shortly.
