CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, CBL wishes to announce the following changes to
the Board of Directors:
Alan Crookes, having nearly reached the mandatory retirement age, retired as a
Non-Executive director on 16 April 2010. He is thanked for his valuable
contribution to the company over the past 31 years.
CBL is pleased to announce that Pierre Joubert was appointed as a Non-Executive
director on 16 April 2010. Pierre (44), qualified as a Chartered Accountant
with Deloitte & Touche in 1992 and spent several years in the information
technology sector. He joined Rand Merchant Bank, a division of Firstrand Bank
Limited (RMB) in 2002 as a senior equity transactor and he is currently the Head
of Equities Trading at RMB.
