Results of general meeting
The board of directors of Set Point is pleased to announce that the requisite
majority of Set Point shareholders passed all of the special and ordinary
resolutions that were tabled at the general meeting that was held at 11h00 on
Monday, 19 April 2010.
The special resolutions will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration as soon as is reasonably
possible.
A finalisation announcement regarding the delisting of the company and the
specific offer, as detailed in the circular that was dispatched by prepaid
registered mail to all beneficial Set Point shareholders on Friday, 26 March
2010, will be released on the Securities Exchange News Service as soon as the
special resolutions have been registered. The finalisation announcement will
contain details of the date used to determine which Set Point shareholders are
entitled to participate in the specific offer ("record date") and the last
business day to trade in Set Point securities in order to settle the trade by
the record date and qualify to participate in the specific offer.
