RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In accordance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
("JSE"), shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr. Jurie
Bezuidenhout ("Jurie"), has resigned from his position as Financial Director of
the Company and all of its subsidiaries, with immediate effect.
The Company wishes to thank Jurie for his contribution during his tenure as
Financial Director and wish him well with his future endeavors.
Pursuant to rule 3.84(h) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, the Company
will endeavour to fill this vacancy as soon as is practicably possible.
