IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS REGARDING SPECIAL DIVIDEND NO. 3
Shareholders are advised that all the cheques issued in settlement of Special
Dividend No. 3 have been stopped by the issuer as a series of fraudulent cheques
was discovered.
Shareholders in possession of unpaid cheques should contact either Charmaine
Jacobs at Computershare on 011 370 5000 or Michelle Mynhardt at AME on 011 442
0865 in order to make arrangements for payment.
