RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING - ACQUISITION OF LITHA HEALTHCARE HOLDINGS
(PROPRIETARY) LIMITED ("Litha Healthcare") AND CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released ON SENS on 29 March 2010
and the category 1 circular, the revised listing particulars and the rights
offer circular issued to shareholders on 29 March 2010 ("the circulars")
detailing, inter alia:
- the acquisition by Myriad of a 51% shareholding in Litha Healthcare;
- the conclusion of a put and call option for the acquisition of the balance
of the shares in Litha Healthcare; and
- the change of name of Myriad Medical Holdings Limited to Litha Healthcare
Group Limited,
and are advised that at the general meeting of Myriad shareholders held on
Wednesday, 21 April 2010, all of the resolutions proposed thereat were
unanimously passed by the requisite shareholder majorities.
The special resolution relating to the change of the company name to Litha
Healthcare Group Limited will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
