Shareholders are advised that the company`s 2009 Annual Report for the
financial year ended 31 December 2009 is available on the company`s website on
www.grindrod.co.za and hard copies have been posted to shareholders. The annual
financial statements contain no modifications to the audited results, which
were published on 18 February 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will
be held in the boardroom, 1st floor, Quadrant House, 115 Margaret Mncadi Avenue,
Durban on Wednesday, 19 May 2010 at 14h00, to transact business as stated in
the notice of the annual general meeting.
