Further to the cautionary announcements dated 30 October 2009, 11 December 2009
and 27 January 2010 respectively, shareholders are advised that the effects on
net asset value due to the conversion of the Golden Oak Corporate Advisors(Pty)
Ltd`s loan account are not yet confirmed.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
