On April 9, 2010, Mr. Gordon Keep, a non-executive director of the Company,
notified the Company that on April 9, 2010 a member of his family sold 50,000
common shares in the Company at Cdn$1.62 per share. Following the purchase, Mr.
Keep is interested in 37,500 common shares or 0.01% of the outstanding share
capital.
