Result of AGM and Change of Directorate
IPSA PLC (AIM: IPSA), the developer, owner and operator of power generation
capacity in Southern Africa, announces that at the Company`s AGM held today all
resolutions were approved by shareholders.
As previously announced to shareholders, Stephen Hargrave stepped down from the
Board at the conclusion of the AGM. The Directors thank him for the great help
he has provided during his period as Chairman and wish him well in future
endeavours.
The Company is finalising the appointment of his successor as Chairman and a
further announcement will be made in due course.
