Appointment Of Questco Sponsors (Pty) Limited ("Questco") As Designated Adviser
("DA") To Iquad.
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday,
22 April 2010, in which it was communicated to shareholders that PSG Capital
(Pty) Limited ("PSG Capital"), has resigned as DA of IQuad. The reason for the
resignation was due to the fact that an associate company of PSG Capital, who
acts independently from PSG Capital, holds more than 20% of the issued ordinary
share capital of IQuad. As a result of the aforementioned associate company`s
shareholding in IQuad, PSG capital could no longer act as DA to IQuad as set out
in Rule 21.26 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited.
Further to the above, the board of directors of IQuad has resolved to appoint
QuestCo as DA to IQuad with immediate effect.
