SIMMERS APPOINTS MR VALENCE WATSON TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Simmers has appointed Mr Valence Watson as a non-
executive director to the board with effect from 28 April 2010. Mr Watson was
nominated to act as director by Vulisango Holdings (Pty) Ltd in place of Mr
Wakeford who has resigned in order to take up a post on the First Uranium
Corporation Board.
