APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Company is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Jerry Monzu to the
position of Company Secretary for Firestone Energy Ltd (FSE), effective from
close of business today.
Mr Monzu has over 20 years financial and corporate experience in publically
listed multinational corporations predominantly in the resources and mining
sectors. He has previously held senior management positions in companies such
as Woodside Energy and Normandy Mining Limited, most recently he held the
position of Joint Venture Manager for the North West Shelf Venture.
Mr Monzu graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) from
Curtin University, is a Certified Practising Accountant and a qualified member
of Chartered Secretaries Australia.
Mr Monzu currently provides a range of accounting and company secretarial
services to listed companies in the energy and resource sectors.
Mr Dorrington, the current Company Secretary, will resign effective from close
of business today. The Company would like to express its gratitude for Mr
Dorrington`s contributions and wishes him every success in the future.
