TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Trematon`s earnings and headline earnings per
share for the period ended 28 February 2010 will be approximately 10.6 cents per
share and 17.7 cents per share respectively compared to a loss of 7.1 cents per
share and a headline loss of 0.4 cents per share for the previous comparable
period, being the period ended 28 February 2009. The net asset value of the
company is expected to increase from 73 cents per share for the previous
comparable period to approximately 92 cents per share.
The reason for the increase in earnings, headline earnings and net asset value
is an improvement in the operating results of subsidiaries and associates and an
increase in the market prices of certain listed investments.
The financial information in this trading statement has not been reviewed by the
company`s auditors. The audited year end results will be published on or about
26 May 2010.
