RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Control Instruments held
today, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the resolutions set
out in the notice of the annual general meeting sent to shareholders on 31
March 2010.
The special resolution granting general authority to repurchase the Company`s
shares will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Registration Office in due course.
