APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notification is hereby given of the appointment of Andre Broodryk,
CA (SA), as the financial director of the company from 1 June 2010.
Andre has extensive experience in the South African financial services
industry, having worked as the financial director and in the operational
departments of companies operating in the investment, treasury and banking
industries.
The directors of Interwaste Holdings welcome Andre to the board and look
forward to a long and valued working relationship with him.
