RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR OF LISTED COMPANY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited shareholders attention is drawn to the fact that Mr Moses Tembe has
resigned with effect from 29 April 2010 as a non-executive director of Santova
Logistics Limited and as a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Mr
Tembe advised the Chairman of his resignation late Friday, 30 April 2010, and
the Chairman advised the Board of Directors over the weekend, the resignation
was accepted on Monday morning, 3 May 2010. Mr Tembe leaves due to time
constraints with regard to his other commitments.
The board wishes to thank Mr Tembe most sincerely for his contribution to the
Company during the last five years and wishes him well in the future.
